For our last two nights we stayed at "Dorane's Bed & Breakfast." It's not really a bed and breakfast open to the public, it's more like Janelle's (the bestwoman) aunt. We met her a couple years ago during a visit to Portland and now we see her more than Janelle does. (JANELLE, LET'S ME HALF WAY... HOW ABOUT PORTLAND?) The agenda for Saturday was to visit Chuck and his collection of Hudson's, celebrate our one week anniversary with a trip to Saint Cupcakes and play with Mac and Cheese, the two dogs that live where we were staying.
As we began our adventures we came across a car show, so we had to stop and take a look at the cars. There were several neat vehicles, including a fully restore Plymouth Special De Lux from 1941 and the Batmobile. When we arrived back to the Jeep from the Car show, I noticed it was leaking radiator coolant, so I took out the tool bag and got to working to fix the problem. As we left the car show, we stopped by the nearest gasoline station and to my amaze, a late 70's jeep honcho sportside pulled up. Let me tell you, these are highly rare jeeps, I'm surprise it wasn't in the car show. After visiting the Hudson guy and Saint Cupcakes, Traci and I made our way to the river front, opened a small bottle of Martinelli's and enjoyed our cupcakes to celebrate our one week anniversary.
