An Inactive Blog

There are 3 reasons why I haven't updated my blog in while. The first reason is because I began working more hours at CM Bell, the second is because I've been resizing tons of digital photos so I can have them printed and finally there has been bit of laziness.

So far this summer has been slow as Traci and I try are trying to save money but we have managed to make a few trips. A couple months ago Ronnie and his parents made a weekend trip to Walla Walla, to see Palouse Falls and other nearby places. We visited the nearby town of Kahlotus where we once again didn't see a single soul and also saw the abandoned train tunnel near Lower Monumental Dam.

Another exciting weekend was when we visited Portland for the 2010 National Summer Meet for Plymouth Owners Club. It was really great seeing all the Plymouths and meeting many of the members. Prior to arriving to Portland, we stopped by the Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum where several military jeeps are housed. It was a beautiful sight.

The last thing I'll mention was a camping trip to Lake Easton with Rolly. It was just a weekend trip where we went canoeing out at the lake and visited the Cle Elum church. We also visited Roslyn and the historical cemetery that was founded in 1885. Overall, it was a nice small town and a great weekend.

Lost my wisdom

This past Wednesday I had 3 wisdom teeth removed. I don't recall anything from the surgery except that I could smell a lot of bubble gum before falling asleep. Although I'm still in a little bit of pain, I'm sure glad they are out because one of my wisdom teeth was coming out sideways. Anyhow, that should be the last of them.

Can't wait to start eating normal food again.

4 Wheel Drive

A couple of weekends ago Kevin, Jimmy, Mitch and I took a small trip up tiger Mountain in the hopes of making it all the way to Lake Jubilee. We didn't get far, as a matter of fact, we didn't even make it to Skyline Road. However we did manage to have a lot of fun in the snow. It was a great. Here are two pictures and two videos of our trip up in the Mountains.
