Travel the West

Somehow I've become lazy in updating my blog. It's been almost two months since I finished school and a lot has happened since then. The month of April was packed with traveling to Seattle for a week, Portland for a "Car Swap-Meet", Venice Beach to visit my family, Bozeman MT for an Alumni weekend and finally back to Seattle for the weekend.

During my stay in Seattle, my dad took me to the Redmond Microsoft Campus, which is more of a city than just a campus. The first image is of me exploring Microsoft Surface, just google it, it's quite fascinating. After a week in Seattle, I caught Amtrak to Portland for the weekend there was a Car Swap-Meet, Traci and I didn't find much stuff for the Plymouth but we did find some good literature. I then flew down to Los Angeles to spend time with my uncles and cousins. There I visited the La Brea Tar Pits, the Hollywood sign, Santa Monica Pier, The Coliseum and the beach numerous times.

To end our trips, Traci and I made a trip to Seattle once again and acquired another car. It's a 1957 Chevy that has been in our family for about 24 years. The previous owner (an old friend) gave my dad a ride to the hospital to pick me up when I was born. So we now have 5 cars, although I believe Traci and I are drawing the line there. That's too many for newly weds.
