A Running 218

It is exciting yet nerve-racking to think that yesterday was exactly two months before the "expected" due day of our new family member. The past 7 months have literally flown by and I'm sure my kid will arrive before I know it. It feels like it was just yesterday that we celebrated Christmas. Anyhow, the Plymouth has been our top priority in the past months. I have spent more time there than at my house and as our kid's due date gets nearer, the light at the end of the tunnel seems to get dimmer everyday. Not being mechanically inclined turns a 15 minute project into 5 trips to Napa Auto Parts and 5 hours later, we finally fixed something that wasn't broken.

Meet Jeff. Traci uncle, Jeff, is quite the guy. I believe he is at fault here influencing her into this addictive world of automobiles. Anyhow, with the Plymouth not firing up and us being clueless of what to do, Jeff was our only hope. It took no trips to Napa Auto Parts and in 15 minutes he had the engine running. It was literally, one of the neatest things I have ever experienced. Hearing an engine run that I had completely taken apart is an amazing joyful feeling. I will admit that this video was taken in the evening and it was the 3rd time we fired it up. We wanted to have my family there for the very first time but that didn't work out. So we got everyone together that evening and fired up the Plymouth for the camera. It was still over-exciting. Jeff, we owe you a lot.
